Switched to new chassis without time to retune

I just made the foolish to pull apart my match rifle less then a week before and switch from a krg bravo to a mpa comp chassis. (I wanted the mpa since day one but finances never lined up till now) Now I'm know there will be a poi shift but will be be a world of difference or something that I can compensate for if I cant get dailed back in before the match.

Easy re-zero at most.

I switched from an old thumbhole AICS to an AX chassis. My shift in POI was measured in FEET at 100yds. I never imagined the shift would have been that much.

it's going to vary in every situation.

when i switched from my bravo to foundation - my zero did not change at all. that was even with taking the scope off and moving it back one slot on the rail.

it really should be minimal. unless one of the chassis is really tweaking something one direction or another.

I switched between 4 different chassis/stocks at the range one day doing some testing and my zero shift was always less than 1 mil in any direction.

Like others have said, it should be very small. I just switched from a stock to KRG BRavo and it was .3 high at 100.

I didn't think the shift would be super crazy but a mil could be an issue on small targets at distance. Hopefully it's still close to dailed but I'll still see if I can sneak in a quick zero trip

you definitely need to re-check zero.

that really should be standard practice before any match even if you changed NOTHING.

Typically I do a pre match zero the morning of the match at the facility but cant this time

Finally got to check my zero this morning, and it was .6mil high but windage was spot on. Unfortunately I had to skip out on today's match, but atleast I know I dialed it
