T3X brake recomendations?

Want to put a brake on Tikka t3x, recoil not a major issue, more to protect the crown. Looked at a VG6 Gamma 308 brake at a local shop and would not thread on. Are the Tikka's metric?

I'm using Jet Blast Muzzle break from Patriot Valley on my T3x TACT A1 and its performed well. The Hellfire is also a great choice.

The roughtec 6.5 CM is 5/8-24. So it depends on which model

It depends on model but if itsn't 5/8-24 (like VG6 Gamma 308), it should be 18x1 mm, which is common for european rifles (Tikka/Sako, Bergara Eu, Cz)..

Its 18x1mm. I'm guessing Im not going to find a brake at Larue or locally..
