I have 1x on about half of my rifles. My second favorite are the 2X which are on most of the others. The 1x is just nice and uncluttered as I dial my elevation most of the time.
Hard to believe someone would actually ghost you, that could be life threatening!
its crazy that this is a thing. Mike is one of the last men left in this industry that answers the phone immediately or returns missed calls (something I value because I do it myself for anyone who calls or texts) and is consistent.

Hey all, longtime lurker first time poster here. Been following this thread for a while and super jealous of all the builds. Just had a couple of questions about TacOps rifles as I am considering starting to save up for one and I don’t want to be a bother to Mike about them since I’m not a committed customer (yet) so was hoping some of y’all could answer them?
1. Would I be able to request an X-Ray build in 300NM?
2. Not that I expect to shoot out the barrel, but could I send my rifle back to Mike to be rebarreled if needed (provided he hasn’t retired by then)?
3. If I wanted one of his suppressors for the rifle does that mean I wouldn’t also be able to have his flash hider installed? In other words, is his flash hider detachable so I can thread on the suppressor?
