I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but its worth sharing in my opinion.
I ordered 4 sheaghs from tacticalgear.com. 4 was the number I needed to get to $25 to qualify for free shipping.
I chose apple pay and while it was reading my fingerprint, realized shipping was in the charge and I should have used a code for free shipping. I hit cancel and though it cancelled.
I then went back, put in the code, and paid with apple pay. I later noticed I had confirmation emails for both orders. It was a Sunday and I got so busy this week I forgot to call Monday or Tuesday to cancel the first order.
Tactical gear emailed me today before I could contact them (totally forgot) and informed me they noticed two orders from me that were identical and wanted to verify they were intentional.
I explained the situation and they cancelled the second order and refunded me shipping for the first.
Pretty cool.
