Take a Stand, Not a Knee

And of course there's some idiot snowflakes that are offended.

I just read two other articles that have my blood boiling:

One was about a Catholic student group facing censure at Georgetown University ( the oldest Catholic college in America) for advocating traditional Catholic values, which have been deemed hateful and "intolerant" by the LGBT crowd.

The other was about a college math professor attacking Pythagoras and the concept of Pi as racist and propagating white privilege. I'm not a math guy, but I think Pythagoras should be sacred. Maybe that has to do with this silly "Atlantis" series I've gotten hooked on which uses him as a character.

I explained to my girlfriend that I am moving farther away from any attempts I may have made in the past to be "understanding" of other people. If every single fucking thing is offensive, then I'll just own that shit and quit worrying about it. By the mere fact of being a proud American man, that doesn't adhere to a political "identity" I have been deemed the problem in society by the "tolerance" crowd. I've always foolishly thought that that word meant having your own view and letting others have theirs. Silly me. Now that a whole segment of us have been painted as Nazis, it don't get any worse than that, so they can throw whatever "phobe", "fascist", label they want at me. Once everything is offensive then nothing is, so fuck it.

Sorry, rant over, sort of.

Just tell them that you're an Acadi-Mobilian-Alabamian-American. That has to make you a protected class, somehow, unless you're dealing with rabidly xenophobic Texicans. Then and there, shout out, "LOOK! WOUNDED BABY OKLAHOMANS!", and then run like hell.

And I just posted up the math story. Ain't that just something special? No Pythagoras, no ACI/ADI, I guess, so we wouldn't have that tool of oppression, now would we?

Maple doughnuts at our local Shoprite or a trip over the bridge to Halo Farms .
Yum Yum are a lttle drive but worth it . Used to pick up two dozen every Friday .

Comically close to home buddy:

When I was in college in Cajun Country all the frats/sororities had to attend this "racial awareness" seminar taught by a couple of snowflake precursors from up north. At one point they had us raise our hands as they went through the racial group we identified with. Towards the end of that exercise they realized that a pretty large group still hadn't raised their hands despite "obvious" racial characteristics, so one of the moderators asked what was up.
One of my frat brothers (we were the only interracial fraternity in the south and probably the country at that point) stood up and asked everyone how many of them identified as French Acadian or Creole and damn near everyone (even if they'd previously identied to something else as well) raised their hands. My buddy launched into a wonderfully profane diatribe at the guy as a race-bating yankee who had the fucking nerve to come to south Louisiana and not even know who the Cajuns and Creoles were. We walked out, and quite a few followed us.

We enjoyed some black privilege on that one, since the college couldn't say much to a very large black man, who was the president of a white-frat chapter, for losing his shit with a "racial awareness expert" that the college had hired.

Nothing quite like a libtard carpetbagger, is there?
