A few days ago I got a SIG TANGO6 5-30X56 (SOT65113) scope with the MOA DEV-L illuminated reticle. I think my scope may have an issue but I'm not sure.

The crosshair portion of the reticle is well lit across all brightness settings. The problem is with the "Christmas tree" portion of the reticle. The left/lower left portion of the tree is not as well lit as the upper right/right side of the tree. It's hardly noticeable (if at all) on the brighter settings but as you dial down the lower left corner eventually fades out completely.

Is this inconsistent brightness a normal thing with complex reticles? This is my first foray into higher end scopes with illuminated reticles so I have no basis for comparison.

Thanks for any help you can offer.
