If i'm not mistaken a KIMs target is something put out in the area that you look for and ID. It's a game where someone puts items out in the area and you have a set amout of time look and discover as many as possible. Keep notes on what you see and find and location of said object. Then later in the day you be asked to write down or findings.
SOMEONE CORRECT ME IF I HAVE LOST MY MIND.

It's not a target. It's an observation and memory exercise, and you described it pretty well. But you don't get to take notes - you have to remember what you see.

But the note in the link about "Keep in memory" is bullshit invented by ignorami who had no idea of the genesis of the exercise. Kim was the boy's name.
