Rifle Scopes Target turrets for Weaver scopes?

I have an older K3 Weaver that I would like to put target turrets on. Does anyone know if the Leopold threads are the same as the threads on a Weaver? Or if anyone makes a target turret for the Weavers?

Reason? I have a 1944 Lee-Enfield (T) rifle. It has the pads but no scope or mounts. I found a repop mount and the K3 will work for an era scope's appearance, but no target turrets -

You can try contacting Kenton, they don't list Weaver, but doesn't hurt to ask.

Thank you, I have looked at Stoney Point and there are a lot of Chinese knockoffs on eBay, but Weaver K3 turret has a center screw not coin slot. Will definitely contact Kenton though
