I have one of these pistols, bought it brand new and it's always shot down and left.

I have a TLR-2 light laser, laser shoots dead on even at 40 yds+... yeah I was blasting frogs across my brothers pond using the laser as sites. I know you can purchase the trijicon sights for it; but can a gun smith fix how far off it is compared to currently if I get these sights n drop it off at gun smith??? It's pretty far off, never dropped as long as I've owned it. Hopefully someone can chime in that has had this problem, or fix performed?

Taurus makes decent metal framed pistols. I used to own a Mil pro 111 9mm. brand new out of the box it shot 6" low. I sold it asap. Some tried to tell me it was the Heine figure 8 sights and that is how it was supposed to shoot. Bullsh!t. I dont like their poly guns at all. BUT, my all time favorite 9mm is their copy of the Beretta 92. I simply prefer the Taurus because of the frame mounted safety, and the ability to carry cocked and locked. it shoots better than I can. and will shoot 1" groups at 7 yards all day.

With that said. Taurus has an outstanding warranty and will fix it for life if need be. If it is really shooting that far off I would send it in. or sell it and buy the PT-92/99.
