Tempest bolt handle

Anyone with a Tempest have a problem with the bolt handle coming unscrewed after repeated cycling. After multiple firings when closing the bolt, the handle with loosen and unscrew. Im hesitant to put any kind of thread locker on this action, unless that is a common practice. Has anyone else experienced this.

Just use blue loctite and screw it on tight.

Mine hasn't come undone after probably 500 cycles or so.
