A FAMILY court judge dismissed the case yesterday claiming that since none of the plaintiffs have been arrested and charged with possession an the so called "texas suppressors" they do not have standing.
Basically some one has to make and sell a suppressor that follows the state law. Then the buyer and seller have to be arrested by the ATF to get this to court. I am not sure anyone wants to do that and get fucked over by the Feds.

So, everyone here needs to get a suppressor. And then wait for the ATF. And then have a gargantuan law suit and name this judge as a co-defendent for inspiring to commit a crime.
