Texas Suppressor Lawsuit

Basically some one has to make and sell a suppressor that follows the state law. Then the buyer and seller have to be arrested by the ATF to get this to court. I am not sure anyone wants to do that and get fucked over by the Feds.
That is correct.

So, everyone here needs to get a suppressor. And then wait for the ATF. And then have a gargantuan law suit and name this judge as a co-defendent for inspiring to commit a crime.

According to the ruling, injuries that would give a suing party standing include; applying for and being denied a form 1, and being made to pay the $200 tax on a made on Texas suppressor. It was also dismissed without prejudice, so the fliers can reapply when they have standing. The judge basically said “hey, go file the paperwork and re-file the suit…”
