Anyone have any experience with a scope that had this reticle? All I know is that it was created by Darrel Holland at AGI and it's suppose to let you shoot any bullet at any muzzle velocity under any environmental condition with any zero you choose. This sounds like a good reticle to have in a quality scope on a TPR. So I wanted to know which model scopes have this reticle, and does it perform like it says it should.

Really. Here is direct quote from the FAQ on the website:

....What makes Advanced Reticle Technology so superior to other BDC reticles?

Good Question. ART is the only true non-caliber specific reticle on the market. Meaning, you can shoot ANY bullet, at ANY muzzle velocity, under ANY environmental condition to precise MOA correction. Use the same scope on your big game rifle, varmint rifle, or any other rifle in your arsenal. We provide the shooter with two rangefinders, one in MILS the other MOA. Our precise aiming points based in Minutes of Angle provide unparalleled speed and accuracy for long range shooting. No other scope reticle offers such versatility.

You get not only MIL, but MOA, too, on the same reticle, at the same time. Excellent solution. What was the problem?

Re: The ART reticle

I didn't read the whole article but the counter sniper thing was a joke because of how it is defined as the "ultimate mil reticle",the claim of you can use any bullet at any velocity under any circumstances, and the look some how remind me of the counter sniper scopes and their mil on mil reticle. But all things aside I would like to try a scope with one of these reticles.

Oops. My sarcasm didn't shine through. That reticle design is a cluster, imho.
