Censorship sucks.

But have the people trying to ban the books actually read them? Huckelberry Finn and To Kill a Mockingbird are anti-racism, so you would think that they would want them taught. I don't remember Of Mice and Men being racial at all - I thought it was about some big hulking retarded guy that fucked everything up and his smaller, smarter friend (think Pinky and the Brain here if you ever watched Animaniacs) trying to live off the fat of the land.

I never read The Cay and Roll of Thunder so I can't comment. Perhaps they extremely racist.

It's not racist if you're on money though:

These books were banned for a word I literally hear fifty times a day without even trying, never in a racist tone, never from a white person. Yet it's a BIG FUCKING PROBLEM it seems if a white person says it or ever did say it, regardless of context. It'd be childish horseshit if it wasn't for the deceptive communist practice of using racism as a political weapon in western nations.

Meanwhile kids are being taught the mechanics of victimhood and their place in society. And everyone is buying into it, nobody calling it out because that might put you in the racist camp.
