Read an article In some magazine about Chicagostan by an ER doc from Cook County.

Apparently all the boys rolling in with these injuries try to blame someone else.
And the staff know and just call em out for it.

I have seen several of these. And the leg blasted by a HP at close range.
Always bangers or major douche bags. Never ever are they using a holster.
Could happen, just not been my experience.

And have seen a couple dang near die from blood loss from this in the last could years. 1 9mm, 1 40 cal.
