So it took almost 4 years after said comprehensive police reform passed and became law in DC and yes the “law” was written by anti cop SJW commie assholes ; but one of the provisions is that officers with serious misconduct/crimes in their service jacket - or officers fired from from other departments over same can not be cops in DC.
20 will be dismissed at the first drop of the axe .
That sounds entirely reasonable. Any public servant should be held to the bear minimum standard of no “serious misconduct “.
