ADA, my neighbor got a bronze star from protecting jar-heads on those convoys. I am a 16r3H, vulcaneer, that replaced the duster. whole new level of destruction. all my older NCOs were duster people and almost all VV's. Some great stories about dueling with NVA/VC mortar teams.
