I don't know if there are lies in the article or not. I've read it several times and found it interesting and educational.
If one was to read Dr. Franklin Manns (inventer of the Mann Accuracy device) book "The Bullet's Flight from Powder to Target" it supports the info presented in "The Secrets of The Huston Warehouse.
The Mann Accuracy Device is still used today by the Army to test their ammo. Reading some of these test also agrees with the info in this article.
But I wasn't there, at Huston, that is, so I can't say for sure, but I kind of agree that there is a lot of fact to the Huston Report.
