I' surprised that moose didnt drag that toy set behind him... Must've been staked to the ground somehow

Nice to see a positive outcome. Too often, the situations like that don't turn out this way.
If you're lucky enough to get a Wildlife Ranger (or whatever you call 'em in your area), they're generally too 'a-skeered' to get that close. So they shoot 'em.
Patience, and slow movements. That helps.

That was incredible! That moose was so exhausted he was near death, but I also agree that took some stones right there.

I wonder if he could of found smaller bolt cutters! They were one step up from fingernail clippers.

i would have been standing on the "upstairs" of that jungle gym and put the muzzle of my 12ga up to the weakest link and blasted that chain loose.....no way would i stand face to face. dude has balls

Pretty cool video. Takes some real stones to attempt something like that. When I was about ten my old man helped a 6point buck that got stuck in a barbed wire fence. The deer was on verge of collapse he'd been stuck so long.
