Not IME... I got some numbers that I kinda believed a bit ago, and I type fast. They probably shit somewhere north of 13k in the time I took to type that. That's org-wide, though. The lawyers I'd guess took info from a research team which provided words and definitions (e.g., DIAS -> a thing you put in a thing that makes that thing an MG) and validated the definitions, and all that combined effort probably was close to 50k just to say, "Yeah, this notice has passed the legal sniff test, y'all can post it if you want to".
The total cost was probably in excess of 50k if you factor in the research team (low paid, large quantity, maybe 25 or more people), and the people putting out the notice (high paid, lowish quantity, maybe 4 people.), but lawyers alone... 50k is about right, maybe 65-70 total.
