Whats the prob wit a 10 day wait?
Here in good ol´Germany you have to wait one YEAR, if you start shooting. If you are under age 25, you need an expertise from an psychologist that you are no crazed maniac.
You can buy only two guns per half year.

Much easier if you are a hunter.

Sometime I must travel the US again, good times......
