sooooo they are punishing the kids for doing something that is 100% legal...while off school property...but that they simply dont like?

Makes you wonder how many people killers did they trip over to get to this kid who appears do be doing everything right. 
Overreach of school authority.
They haven't any authority when:
Not on school grounds.
Not during a school function.
Not using the school name in the doing.
I've noticed this trend even locally.
I had to have a "come to Jesus" talk with an administrator myself.
They are employees of the district funded by the tax payers.(this includes principals and superintendents)

I hope it does go to court and I hope they get ripped a new one!
If the NRA doesn't lead the charge on this then they are useless.
