I have watched that being done. Trail ridge road in rocky mtn national park. Cool to see.
I once saw some hoodlums on skis build a jump over a gap like that. Its popular now with youtube and all the go pro cameras and whatnot.
Thats what Teton Pass looks like now. Over 400 inches and they have their snowiest months (feb, march, and april) to finish out. We have a lot more than usual in the mtns here in CO as well.
My guess is PPB roadtripped to CA to hit the rapids at the bottom of that spillway and ride the bull if the dam breaks.........
