Coming from a soldier myself it is nice to know people care and really are thankful.
Welcome.
My wife and I both are serving. She is a SSgt who fueled helicopter with a 15 month deployment now becoming an Army officer now at KSU. I am a SrA in the Air Force forecasting the weather. I complete my 4 year enlistment May 14, 2010 to go back to school and join Army ROTC with my wife (if they will take me and she will let me!).
My father and uncle are retired Chiefs (E9) in the USAF. Aunt is a GS equivalent. My father now continues to serve as computer scientist contractor with the Navy. My uncle continues to work at the pentagon. My grandfather started it all when he was drafted for service in WWII.
