Would the SE numbers from port pop be reduced if the action opening was delayed a bit? Or another way to ask is, is there heavier springs available to keep the bolt closed a bit longer to help force more the gas's down the barrel to the suppressor?

On roller delayed guns, you have to change the locking piece. There's some discussion on this on arfcom, TBAC may look into it.
