So somehow the roll pin(assuming it was installed from the factory) holding the ejector and ejector spring has came out of my Tikka bolt. The best I can measure tells me this roll pin is about 7/64 and the spring is .117 in diameter. I'm having issues locating a 7/64 roll pin. I've contacted Beretta and all they sell is a bolt parts kit. This would be fine with me but Beretta, Midwest Gunworks, and Brownells are out. I have a hunting trip coming up in less than a month so I'm trying to pc this together. Any ideas where I could locate these parts.

    thanks in advance

If you can source a 3mm roll pin, I'd think that should be able to be made to fit (since 7/64 equates to 2.75mm roughly, and I'm willing to bet what you measured was compressed). Just a guess though...

Might see if a roll pin from another european firearm can be made to fit... (see link below)

The measurement I took is from the hole the rill pin goes in to. From that measurement its closest to 7/64. Ive looked at Brownells and found their roll pin kit but it doesnt have the 7/64 in the kit. So, I am continuing to search.

    Thanks for your input.

I guess my point is, whether it be hole or pin, it will be metric on a Tikka. And therefore, a similar sized roll pin intended for another european firearm should probably suffice. Of course, you could also just use a knurled finishing nail that is slightly undersized (and knurled slightly larger than the hole size), as a stop gap until the actual part becomes available. All it takes is a nail and some wire cutters to swage sections to meet the diameter of the hole. After all, you're just looking for a pin that keeps the ejector and ejector spring in place, while not having the pin fall out. Not high tech, but it'll work in a pinch...

Have you tried fastenal I have taken parts to them and had them match up a pin before or Tacoma screw products may have one to not sure if either one of them are near you if they are might be worth a try hope you get it figured out and good luck

I tried fastenal with no luck. A buddy of mine found one in his hobby car kit that measures .103 so he is shipping it to me and I'm going to try to expand it to work. Wish me luck

Was on brownells noticed they had this parts kit for tikkahttp://www.brownells.com/rifle-parts/bolt-parts/bolts/parts-spare-for-bolt-tikka-prod30972.aspx not sure if it's the one you need kinda expensive for just needing a pin

I'm aware of the spare parts kit bet they have been out of stock as well as Midwest gun works. Looks like I'll be ordering the kit. Thanks for the heads up

After further research I found out that the parts kit from the above link is designed for older model Tikkas. Although, the roll pin might work I'm not sure.
