Tikka T3 lite 260

Anybody know if the Tikka T3 lite 260 is available in the US or is this something that is only on Eurpoean market? I've searched online and gunbroker with no luck.

According to Beretta USA you only can get the T3 Sporter in 260.

Not in the US. But, you can get a 6.5x55 in the US. I was wanting a T3 in 260 too.

I went with a T3 lite in 6.5x55 left hand but now want the 260 left hand Sporter...And a 223 LH Sporter...and a 6.5x55 LH Sporter.

If you reload the 6.5x55 will easily match the .260. I love my 6.5x55 T3 Lite Stainless. All the Tikkas are long actions, so why not go with a long action cartridge and make the most of it.

Got that right.

Tikka is imported in Canada by STOEGER CANADA LTD and they offer a lot more calibers in left and right hand.

Seams like Beretta justs want to offer what the Big Box Sporting Goods want. Need a new importer for the Tikka.

260 have not imported into the US and there are No plans to do so. Pretty crazy when you consider how popular the 260 is here. My understanding is that the 6.5x55 will no longer be imported either.

Looks like I'm not the only Tikka fan. I too would love one in 260 but I will settle for the Sweed if I can find one locally. I have a 7mm-08 that is outstanding. I'm looking for a varminter.

You only option is to re-barrel a Tikka action. I just did one in 6.5 Creedmoor using a Tikka varmit stock.

imagine if they offered the varmint model in 6.5-284 norma, that would sell like hotcakes.
