I noticed timney makes a tactical trigger with a straight trigger. Are these triggers any good? They look pretty slick, thats all i know! Lee

I have one and like it. I will add, however, the fore and aft adjustment of the trigger it self has come loose several times. I finally put loc-tite on it and we will see what happens. The allen screw for this adjustment is very very small, and the head is easily stripped.
The adjustment for weight and engagement have held very well.

I was curious what you were talking about and looked it up. My goodness that's a light trigger pull

Looks pretty cool, but I don't think it's for me, considering I don't have anything that only spends time on a bench. Neat though, very neat.

actually...if one ever shot the Tubb spectaLR which got a anshuntz...this timney prolly works out to be the schnitz......straight trigger shoe IS an acquired taste...i really really like the straight shoe for a more defined let-off......but thats just me

If an adjustable straight trigger shoe is desired have an Anschutz trigger group fit to the action & don't mess around with junk.

bohem, the bench is not the only place for light triggers. Check out position shooter, especially smallbore, and you will be enlightened. Better yet, give the smallbore game a try and you will not need any one to convince you.

I have one on my 700 in a PDC stock. I could not be happier with it. It will take some patience to get it adjusted how you want it, but my groups have improved considerably with it.
