I know that they are quite an investment, but the Kidd Trigger is probably the best 10-22 specific trigger out there. Search this site or check out rimfirecentral.com

I built a full Kidd 10/22 and couldn't be happier.
I have the TG2000 from Volquartsen and love it. No experience with the others, so I can't compare. It's worth a look. I got mine from their 'bargain bin' as it had some tiny cosmetic flaw (I can't see anything) that saved me a handful of money.
Just be careful - it's easy to spend alot on that site!
I have built a number of "custom" Ruger 10/22's and have used Kidd and Clark Custom triggers. But, I recently installed two of the Volquartsen trigger kits and both has ended up 2 pounds or less with no creep.
By far, the best 10/22 I have every used is the KIDD trigger (I have three guns with them), but for the money, the Volquartsen is the best buy.
