Is it worth it? I'm wanting to get some info and potentially purchase a 80% lower/upper and Ive been reading several people have had issues with them ei they keep the credit card info on file and ask for drivers license/utility bill and some people have a problems canceling. So is it worth it? I prefer not to give so much information for parts not even equaling $100.

You don't need to give any credit card info if your only buying. They need your credit card info if you sell something and they charge you a fee.

I've been buying from Gun Broker for years, even bought items from guys in Russia and Ukraine without problems.

They do like to charge you a small amount per month, something like $2.50. However if you sell, that $2.50 comes out of the fee that they charge you for a sale. Ebay charges 12%, GB charges 3%. It is a good company, and selling on GB is a good way to get rid of firearms that you no longer need.

There search engine has some weak spots, but their customer service is pretty good,

I don't do business with them anymore. I was a seller and put things up for sale. They charged me the fees; however after 2 weeks the things I was selling never were posted to the site. I asked them about it and they said it was there, even though I looked for the item via 5 different means. After repeatedly complaining they wouldn't refund me the fees and were really rude.
I won't do business with them, plus the stuff they sell is usually over-priced (gouging) and I usually find things cheaper elsewhere.

Overall, GB is OK. It gives you an international market, the largest in firearms and related items. Have had not security issues with them.

Their fraud insurance program is almost as bad as ebay's; they don't want to pay out. It took a year fighting with GB for them to pay me for a rip-off.
