Love the band, was so excited to hear new music from them. After a ten year wait, they release an album that sounds just like they did before. Disappointed that they haven't evolved at all....

I saw Tool in Phoenix and Albuquerque several times in probably 2007-2009. I was disappointed that the live shows of that vintage were all exactly the same. I haven’t heard the new album yet, but my buddy said he really likes it.

It sounds a bit boring at first. You just have to listen to it again and again to appreciate what they did on this album. Not worth the 13 years of waiting though.
