Cheapest would be to order one and ask for fast shipping, eurooptics is a good place, there is a place in austin (I know it's not close)called sportsmans finest fwiw

I would call Collectors Firearms, Sog armory, and or Independence Firearms outside of Brenham tx.

I know Independence Firearms has got a TRG or 2 in there but I dunno if they would sell you just the bipod. Call and ask. They have always been good at answering questions and working with me.
