Nothing but walking for the first 8 weeks, light rehab for 8 weeks after that. From there, take it easy for 6 months.

How are you feeling Steve? A guy I work with had a similar procedure. Don't forget to drink plenty of water with the pain pills, they make a guy a bit constipated.
you can stop guessing, somebody won hours ago....

Just wanted to update this with a few quick pics.
Received my stock pack on Wednesday. Installed it right away and made it out today to scout a new spot a ring some quick steel at 500yds.
Have to say the quality on this is excellent. I can't find anything to gripe about on it. It seems to the last thing i needed to finish getting the perfect fit behind my first attempt at a longer range rig.

I'm so happy with it i placed a real order with triad for a shooting mat and spotting scope cover to match. Hope the cover fits one of the older Bushnell excursions with the mildot reticle.
