I've had the exact same experiences with Triad over the years and this is why I keep going back to them for items.
I definitely concur. Every time I have some mad money squirreled away I seem to end up on Triad's website.
Steve Sheldon, who runs Triad, is an outstanding guy. We supply Triad Tactical with various torque tool kits, and as far as I'm concerned, he is a very honest partner, very fast in action and precise in details. I'll drop any other dealer in our network and shoot myself in the head (with .22LR Colibri) before I even think of breaking our business with Triad Tactical.

Just had a great experience with TRIAD Tactical. I ordered three magazines for my .338 Lapua Magnum and they accidentally sent me the CIP version of the mags. Great conversation with them where they admitted the were totally at fault. They sent me a postage paid label for USPS return and immediately shipped the new/correct ones.
