UPS has not provided full service for the last two days. That combined with the snow issues here has gotten us a little behind on filling orders. I am jamming as many UPS orders as I can today and will get the tracking info out late today.

I put in a small order on Tuesday based on the good feedback for you guys.

It's too cold for this Texan to be outside playing with guns. So if UPS wants to hold it up a few days, I'm not complaining. I'm not going to use it anyway until it heats up some!

If anyone is still getting a "Store Closed" or 404 message try this:

Clear your browser history and if you have one, create a new bookmark.

For you tech-savy types, the new server info says something about a terabyte and quad-core-yada-yada-yada. I just know the site runs much better.

I was locked out of the admin side for 24 hours yesterday. All the work I did yesterday was on the old server and does not count for lack of better explanation. I think I have sent out the shipping notices for everything that has gone out up to today. I will bust hump to get everyone else done today (UPS) and tomorrow (USPS). International may not go out until Monday.

I'm kicked off again. Something about needing to flush the DNS, which did not work. We cant figure out how to tell the PC not to look for the site at the old IP, it just keeps defaulting back to the old location.

I have had 6 others check and it works just fine for them.....

If it is a Windows machine, you can try going to a command prompt and typing "ipconfig /flushdns". That will flush the DNS cache on the local machine.

We tried that, but its at the ISP location where the issue is. They reset theirs last night, but were still having issues. You guys can all get on, just not me....

I placed an order yesterday and everything went fine until I accidentally responded to the invoice email instead of forwarding it to the wife since it for Valentines' Day. It said something like "Thanks babe." Steve was quick on the response. I had a good laugh anyway.

Thanks for the great service Steve. I'll be sure not to call you babe anymore.

I have been very pleased with Triad as well. Good customer service and quality gear at a good price. Everyone always asks where I got my rear bag. Hope I've sent them some business!
