So I purchased a timmney trigger for my r700. Reading through the instructions and installing it; everything going great. Once I go to put the stock and barrel/action back together I begin to experience some clearance issues. The stock is a manners with the badger mag bottom metal. On the trigger there is a nut that sits out in from and its hitting the metal. My question is... What now?

My idea thus far is grind out inside to make clearance. Any and all input is greatly welcomed! Thanks in advance.
