Trigger Reset Issue

Odds are, nothing can be done as it's a drop in from Rise Armament.
It is a RA-535, that on occasion with quick follow up shots the trigger fails to reset completly. I believe it is getting stuck on the disconnector because when I tap the trigger a couple times I feel the trigger click and then I can fire and the hammer drops like normal.

Trigger has maybe 400-500 rounds if that. Was in another gun before this that exhibited hammer following, but found I had forgotten the set screws. I did check the trigger housing tensioning screws, and they are snug.
12.5" Criterion, Radian upper/lower with a Cryptic Coatings BCG. Non adjustable gas block. An H2 buffer with a White/Red Sprinco spring.

Any ideas to try? Slow fire I have no issues, but a quick follow up shot and it hangs on the disconnector.

Simple fix...get a geissele and throw that one away.

Send it back. Ask for new one........to sell.

That is part of the plan, and it would get replaced by a TriggerTech, I have three and they have been great.. Still going to mess with it some more. Would like to see if this one can get fixed some how first.

I get it. Maybe just some debris??? fingers crossed.

I wouldn’t chance it. Last thing you need is an ND because the trigger is messed up.

Is that an adjustable model? On one of my trigger techs, it won't reset every time in the AR if it is adjusted too light. If not adjustable, just send er back.
