The 5-20x is really the only model in the AccuPoint lineup that suffers from the limited adjustment range having only around 50MOA. The 2.5-10x has around 70MOA (72MOA IIRC). The 1-4x models have around 50MOA as well, but not generally a problem since they weren't designed for extended range use anyway. On the 5-20x models, f you run them with a 20MOA base, best case scenario you get around 45MOA of elevation adjustment which gets you beyond 1k without too much trouble.
That said, despite the limited adjustment range, the lack of available features of the AccuPoint that are commonly found on your better precision rifle glass, make the AccuPoint more of a hunting optic than a long-range, precision optic. Also, the 1-4x make decent 3-gun and AR scopes. That is most likely why you don't see anything more than you do on these scopes on the Hide.
