saw one at a show and it was gtg. got to play with it for a few.
looked and felt solid, clicks feel very positive, glass was very good, ill reticle, only downside was the price. retail was close to 4k. bout dropped the damn thing when he told me that.

I have seen them advertised at $3400, thanks for the info, still need to see one first hand before I go off the deep end.

I have shot one. I did not get to do detailed tracking tests or any other in-depth work. However I was able to see and hit long range targets and the thing is built like a tank.
Steep competition in that price range though.

John any luck on more testing? If I remember, Frank was talking it up at the show.

When I spoke with them at SHOT there were only a couple floating around. I have not gotten back with them since. I have some stuff to get caught up on, then I may give them a yell.

There is one at the Competition Dynamics Adventure Challenge mounted on an MRAD, and I spoke to Trijicon this week they will get SH one to play with soon.
I know Zak has played with it as it was the Official Optic of their match this weekend.

IMHO, Trijicon has good optics but they are a bit over priced. What is to stack the TARS up against Premier, S&B or others in that range?

My understanding is that the scope is just as durable and rugged as one of their ACOGs. That's a big selling point for me. I'm a sucker for magnification and tankability lol.
