trouble w/ military signature

Trying to post an image in my signature as seen below. No problems with making avatar or posting images inside of a post. Tried UBB code from both the company and photobucket. Help?

I use the URL code from the same website (Military Signatures) instead of the UBB and it works fine.

tried all above options... wondering if its a computer issue... dont think its a forum issue as i recall it hasn't been altered with the updates to the rest of the sites.
