If you search for "mudflap girl stencil" on google a ton of sites pop up. Todd (30calsniper) does that camo and could also tell you where to get them.

also, can you operate a copy machine? or a printer? just find the image and cut it out after printing it on some heavy stock paper. just a thought, ive used this method before

Find the pic you want to use as a stencil.
Save the pic to your computer.
Using PAINT or some other editing software adjust the size to where you want it. Or adjust the size using a printer if you have one that does reductions etc.
Print the pic on a plain piece of printer paper.
Cover the pic on both sides using plain clear shipping tape.
Use an exacto knife to cut the pic out making your lines as clean as possible.
When you print the pic go ahead and print two or three, you may decide the negative looks better than the positive image and also just in case you make a slip with the exacto.
Once you have the pic cut out use a piece of tape to make a handle on it somewhere so that you can hold it in place and move it.
