Rifle Scopes Trying to contact Glen Seekins with no luck

I tried calling Seekins several times the last couple days to get technical info. for the one piece 20 moa scope mount they offer for savage rifles as they don't list any info. for the savage base on their website and in fact it does say to call for info..
I did get in contact with the lady at Seekins but she wasn't able to answer my questions and she told me I would have to speak to Glen.
She took my number and it has been two days since.
I need to get an order together but without the info. I need I will just have to wait.
Is this usual for Seekins?

I did call Liberty and he didn't have the information either.
In fact he suggested I call Seekins.

Well it is now Friday 3/12 with no response from Glen Seekins to my inquiries. I have tried phone calls, email and posting here on the hide. Mr. Seekins may be a great guy but I have to question his commitment to customer service and his business.
All I need are the the specs. for his one piece scope base for my Savage rifle, as this info. is not listed on his website.
Gee I have to question this approach to selling product.

patience! maybe he is busy handling customers orders that actually bought something from him. He has publicly posted many new things they are doing at the moment. Give the guy a break.

Last week we moved our shop and were closed most of the week. we have had no internet until Thursday. Wednesday i had to travel to Oregon to visit some family that's not doing so well. Im not ignoring anyone, just extremely busy. We get well over 100 phone calls and emails every day and sometimes it takes a couple days to get back.

I do believe i just answered your Pm? Base height is aprox .3", they are 20moa and we only have them for the 10fp model.

Look I just wanted to know if they made a mount for my rifle,
and if so what the specs. for this mount would be.
The lady at Seekins couldn't give me this info. when I did make contact with her on the phone. She said I would have to speak to Glenn and she took my number and said he would call me that afternoon.
That was three days ago.
Glenn I didn't pm you so you must have me confused with someone else.
Anyway will the mount for a savage 10 FP fit a Savage 10 FCP-K?

Kinda hard not to come back with a smart ass remark when you only wait two days to publicly sling mud in someone's direction, especially someone with a reputation like Glen.

I don't kiss anyone's ass, nor do I have an inside track with any company. I just know that sometimes a little patience is in order. You could do well to learn that.

Its unrealistic for me to expect everyone that answers the phone to know everything, especially on something we hardly deal with. I am not even familiar with the 10 FCP-K, but i would bet it will take the same base as the 10fp.

This guy seems like a real asset to the hide. (insert sarcasm)

Glenn just explained they are moving into a new facility and had some issues. If you don't like the service, go someone else. There is no need to bash the guy when you've never even completed a transaction with him.

Well then maybe you should either have this info. written down so the person answering the phone can have access to it.
Or maybe you should remove the statement on your website that states to call if you need info. After all excuses don't mean much when you are trying to run and grow a business.
Anyway I can see that dealing with your company is may be more trouble than what it may be worth so I will be exploring other options.
