Trying to locate some boots from a photo

I'm in the market for some new boots. I'm on my 2nd pair of reebok rapid response boots with the zip sides. I've been happy with them for the most part but I saw a pair in a guns and tactics article that look interesting and would like to see if anyone can help me locate them.

I found those today and they are the closest I've seen. His seem to have tread clear around the toecap. I'll browse rockys site more and see what I can find. Thank you.

I think they are an older Oakley product. The tread on the side of the toe area is identical to some Oakley boots I had a few years ago. They didn't hold up very well, only got one deployment out of the product.
