Harrel tuners are common in .22lr bench rest, and seem to radically reduce group size. I am told they work by broadening the harmonic node in which commercial ammunition of a given load will operate best. Given all the moving parts imparting harmonics to an AR, not obvious to get the same benefits, but interested whether anyone has experience with them.
