Unknown maker for AR upper

Im trying to figure who made the below pictured upper. There are no marks on the upper at all. The barrel is a 24" heavy barrel chambered in 223. By looking at the pics can you determine who made it?

EDIT.. Just took the handguard off. The only stamp on the barrel is "SS W 1/8". There are no other markings on it, not even a caliber for what the barrel is.

Wilson Combat had a similar handguard several years ago. But based on the gas block, I would concur with an older RRA.

Does the stamp on the barrel mean anything? Im guessing 1/8 twist, Stainless Steel. No clue about the "W"

I agree that it looks like the Rock River. Could the "W" stand for Wylde? Bushmaster had something somewhat similar, but the gas block was completely different.
