Unknown maker for AR upper

Im trying to figure who made the below pictured upper. There are no marks on the upper at all. The barrel is a 24" heavy barrel chambered in 223. By looking at the pics can you determine who made it?

EDIT.. Just took the handguard off. The only stamp on the barrel is "SS W 1/8". There are no other markings on it, not even a caliber for what the barrel is.
