I got in and ordered primers, they processed and shipped from midway.

I get a shipping number then later today I get this with no further explination.

Welcome to Amerika. Is it possible it was halted by the nation state? Yes. Is that what happened? No. Regulation has changed the way they ship hazardous materials and it’s likely it was not labeled correctly. Label change occurred first of the year. Most likely what it is.

Well I wouldn't have thought that since midway has made a few shipments since the first of the year?

I would not be anoyed if they were not so damn hard to get. Or that I could not find anything else to use the hazmat charge on for the same shipment.

I got that same email, primers still showed up.

My buddy asked me to assemble him an upper. Well he had everything shipped to my house including a red dot from Palmetto state armory. Well delivery day comes and goes and no red dot.

Look up tracking number and says delivered and left by front door.

I see my friend transposed the address from 6472 and accidentally put 6742. Honest mistake. so he calls UPS and let them know.

Well my street only goes as high as 6400s. So where the fuck did he supposedly deliver it to.

There isnt any 6700s on my street.



UPS has him file a claim, they deny any wrong doing and wont pay for red dot. Luckily PSA replaced it free of charge.

I wouldn't say they stole them more like someone found a damaged box filled with primers and they properly discarded them in his trunk. I would look for them on Gunbroker.

My neighbor up the street often gets my mail and packages...ditto my house. The two middle digits of our addresses are reversed. I guess carriers suffer from numerical dyslexia.

I read theses ups horror stories and thank god that we’ve got amazing ups service where we are, our ups drivers call us when we’ve got packages and if something is supposed to be delivered to the house, they swap trucks and take it to the gun shop, and if we’re in a hurry for something they’ll meet us somewhere to pick it up, hell, the other day the fedex driver left a package on the porch at the house and the one of our ups guys seen it and picked it up and brought it to the shop. Sorry for everybody else’s shitty luck.

Just to let you know that if a pkg is misdelivered, as long as the delivery driver was in a UPS vehicle equipped with the correct equipment that should be working, the UPS hub can use their GPS to actually ping the exact location where it was left.
This does not apply if the UPS driver is driving a rental vehicle.
Standard UPS vehicles have a on board wifi system that communicates within the system that constantly updates delivery info. It also is used to some dumb asses that accidentally forget their DIAD somewhere or at their last stop.
I work for UPS, and our clerk has had to do this with several of our new drivers and even some that have been there for almost 20 years....lol.
As far as shipments from Midway go, I have been seeing some powders and primers going down the rollers....
If a pkg gets damaged in the course of a shipment, typically we halt the packages progress and rebox them. But with Hazards it is a little different.

There is a house within a 1/4 mile of me that has the same house number and same street name, their street name has a creek behind it ie. Main street and Main Creek street. We get each others mail. We used to take it to them until he accused my wife of stealing his mail. Now it gets sent back to post office. Right now Im missing fibre shotgun wads from Ballisic Products. Says delivered, bet I know where they are!
Its ok when the regular drivers are working, when one is out forget it.
