Has anyone had any issues with the turret slipping, no matter how dry the o-ring is nor how tight the two cap screws are ? I can’t get a good answer from the manufacturer and this scope is basically unuseable at the point

I haven’t had any issues with mine. Send it back to USO, they will take care of you.
