Rifle Scopes USO erek cover

Does anyone know where I can find the 2 hole cover for USO Erek knobs. I picked one up second hand and it didn’t have it and USO said they don’t make them anymore. Is it critical to use it? (Scope is a st-10

it is simply machined aluminium cap with 2 (3) holes. Any machinist can make it for you for few bucks. Get it anodized / painted and you are done.
