    Some where in the US
There's just no way this is a good fucking idea. I ordered a scope from Euro Optics and it was shipped Priority Mail (3 days). Shipped 9/25/2020. It's a little past due. So how the fuck do they think they can handle voting by mail?

Yeah, I don't pay for shipping when they pull that shit. I demand a refund for any and all extra services if it doesn't arrive on time.

For you that's five business days for priority. Don't pay for it if you're not getting what you pay for. I use a CC and Citi will instantly charge ANYONE back if they can't prove they provided the service per the contract. USPS can prove they got it there in five days or less or they can't.

Probably fell off the conveyer and it took someone a whole week to figure out how to make it go to the address on the label.

Yeah 7 days in Lancaster, but WTF on shipping from Philly to Dallas. 5 fucking days. Also, I bought it from Euro Optics do I go to them for. my refund on shipping?

I'm not totally clear on your point.

So if you ask for something to be sent priority mail and the store does so.
(Keeping in mind that the USPS specifically does NOT guarantee any time frame delivery, they go with most likely timeframe, if you are unclear on that, just read their service agreements).

I'm not sure if you understand that as of currently, USPS, UPS and FEDEX have all suspended all delivery time guarantees even for express services, till at least January?

So you want to punish the seller (by instantly doing a charge back as you mentioned) who shipped out something using the service you selected / requested, because you are upset that the carriers don't get things as fast as you were used to getting them before the entire world went nuts and package delivery volume doubled?

USPS sucks. When I order from Midway they like to use Surepost. I always upgrade with UPS so it stays in UPS hands. Otherwise, who knows if and when you get it.

Surepost, Smartpost and all those hybrid services suck because you get the worst of the cheapest service from the carrier, plus the worst of the cheapest service from the post office.

The services suck extra hard because what they don't tell you is that Amazon and Walmart basically get the actual service first and then if there is any spare capacity other packages get to go. AND they pay less than everybody else does.

HOWEVER, keep in mind that when the average "customer" these days wants "free" shipping or "cheap shipping", getting their little 3 pound package out to their residential address in the middle of nowhere might cost $20 or more via UPS or FedEx residential delivery....
So that same package via one of those crappy hybrid services might be $10 for the same delivery.

So sellers usually have to default to that in order to be able to sell things to people who don't understand shipping costs.

So we have socialist policy here. Pathetic.

Corporate socialism is pretty much the law of the land and has been for quite some time.
Laws and Taxes and "Fair dealing" only really apply to the middle class.

I considered starting a thread along these same lines but you beat me to it. Good.
I won an auction for a TC Encore barrel Sept. 26th. Barrel was in St. Mary's, Ga approx. 180 miles away. Seller shipped it on Monday the 28th priority mail 3 day. Was supposed to get here by Wed the 30th or Thurs the 1st at the latest.....it finally got here this morning.
Sent payment to Benton City, WA for another auction on the same day, Sept. 26th, seller hasn't recieved it yet.
Ain't no way this vote by mail thing is going to work out right.

I know right. They can't even get regular mail out. This election will be fucking crazy.

By the way make more ammo. To expensive to buy more right now.

One of the perks of my job is I can load ammo in the office on my spare time.
I've loaded around 4000 rounds of 308, 5.56, 6.8 and 10mm over the summer and I'm fixing to get set up to cast a batch of 44 cal bullets to run this new Encore barrel with.
Getting paid to load you're own ammo, that's akin to getting free ammo isnt it?

Have been mailing packages the last few days, the first delivered was on time but looked pretty obvious it had been ripped open on one end and half of the contents were missing including the plastic bag that everything was packed into inside the box.

My Mother in Law and my Father in Law both got their ballots by mail at the address where they lived and where I live now.
They have been dead for 20 and 15 years, and death certificates were produced at the times of their deaths, yet they get to vote?

I, nor The Squaw, have received our ballots yet in this mail in only state, Colorado, but the DEAD have.

I don't know for sure, but I would bet they both would have voted TRUMP.

Both ballots were returned, via mail as Deceased, Where does it go from there??? Maybe vote Demoncrap??

I got a text message from the NAACP Monday that contained a link to request my mail in ballot.
Sorta half way expecting ballots for my deceased parents to show up any day now. Wouldn't surprise me one bit.

Back earlier in the year, or late last year, I ordered some stuff from Midway. They had a free shipping promo. going at this time. Had the stuff shipped to where I work. First time, I'm watching the delivery status info. and it's scheduled to be delivered, next thing I know it shows being returned to sender. I called Midway and get told it went out from them UPS and then gets handed over to USPS for final delivery, Midway says they were told the shipper couldn't find the address. This same thing happened three times, finally ordered and paid for UPS and had it shipped to my house. The kicker is, the business I work for has been at the same address for 12 years and the building has been here over forty years. Still can't fathom that UPSP couldn't find the place!
