I either forgot to post this months match here or I can't find it.

North Springs Shooting Range, Price, Ut

Sign in starts 8:30 with $5 to range office

Practical Precision Rifle 9:00 am to 1:00 pm anywhere out to 1000 yds $10

Carbine 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm $5

Pistol 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm $5

$5 discount if you shoot the whole day.

Bring 50 rounds for each gun.

Will be scored as 3 separate matches.

Had a lot of fun today! Wind was a little switchy but if you kept an eye on it, it wasn't too bad. My daughter, Summer, really had fun scoring for all. Kept her from being bored. When all left the LR shoot and went down to the carbine/pistol shoot I had her start at the 200 yd steel and work her way out, in 50 yd increments, to the 600 yd steel with my big Surgeon. Then, she nearly cleaned the KYL, finally missing the 6th little snit of a target.

She'll have some good memories to fondly recall while on her mission.

Had a great day for shooting. Not even any rain or snow. Had 20 shooters. Did 100 yd cold bore, 10 shot hostage, KYL,8 shot barracade, 5 shot 600 yd paper, 6 shot 400 yd LYL, 5 shot 1000 yd paper.

In the after noon we did 40 shot carbine turners and about 35 shot (depending on how fast you were)pistol bobbers and the shoot house.

As soon as I get the scores emailed to me I'll get them on the website. Rodney did wonders for our scoring system and had them all added up right after we were done shooting. So we already know Robert didn't take first place on the morning precision shoot. (he did take first on the carbine and pistol though)

thanks to all the help yesterday and ideas and expertise for working on the COF for Sept.

Also just talked to Bill, not enough people committed for the Sniper Style Training so it is cancelled for Sept. We'll try again next year.

It was good meeting you all for the 1st time Saturday. I'm looking forward to shooting in the next one.......if my rifle ever shows up.
